Do You Like To Change The Changing?

Previously I posted a tape by Belgian minimal band Vita Noctis. Cute female vocals and catchy tunes make this band a favourite of mine. This should be the balance of their releases. If anyone has comments or additional information, you know the drill. This post is 4 months in the making, and is for Zakey Tell, Nachtleven, and César. Enjoy.

hello Fritz,

I read on your blog that you're looking for news about blue klemlin!
Well, I've got their original demo-tape released in 1986 that encloses songs recorded in 85 and 86, it's a double sided record, a c-40 cassette, and there are four songs per side.
It could be a pleasure for me to send you the copy of the bocklet enclosed with texts and titles and photo.
Please, let me know how I could send you it on line, becouse It would be the first time for me to send material to a blog.
Ciao, Giovanni Bax

Giovanni, I wonder if it is the same tape? Well, you can email me directly at grausig13@yahoo.com. Put Blue Kremlin in the subject in case I have to hunt through the spam emails...Many Thanks!

In some days I will look through my discs and put some details on the tape I mentioned.

Hi, Thanks for this great post! Apart from the untitled mlp and the cassette 'Much Money Good Boy, No Money Goodbye' there was upposed to be another (debut)cassette - I think I have the title in an old 80's cassettemagazine on my attic - I'll check tomorrow (in daylight :-)

Could you repost the tape by using a service that keeps the files longer than bloody sendspace? Would be great, thanks.

Hi, this should be it (tracks on compilations excluded):

VITA NOCTIS
In The Face Of Death (cassette, 1985)
Much Money Good Boy, No Money Goodbye (cassette,1985)
Untitled (Vita Noctis) (mlp,1986)

I don't know ANYbody who has the first tape, so go ahead Giovanni and make my day :-)

My earlier Vita Noctis post is of "Much Money..." and this post is the 12" and the other tape...so between the two posts, this is all the Vita Noctis material.

I am unable to share files right now while I wait to get a new computer, but I will try to fix any deleted older shares soon.

fritz,
i am all about minimal cassette releases, as i've been overdosing on the original (and new) wave of minimal synth music. even though it seems as if the links are expired, i'm going to try tracking down these releases as soon as possible... you should try z-share, for so long as folks keep downloading it, the link should stay active. they say if 60 days pass without activity, it's removed, but that seems easy to work around.

in other news, i just recently drew up a post on zero le creche's small discography, not realising at first (after doing further homework) that both you and curious guy posted on them. i figure, the more the merrier posting about that great band, but pardon the overlap all the same!

and finally, you should send me your address, sir, as i'd love to send you a cd copy of the full-length funeral crashers record!

Frankie, Just was figuring out how to juggle your gig and Siouxsie's over two nights. Good timing.

I'll have to try that z-share when I can sit down and do this all again. If you have any special requests, let me know. I just nabbed a rare copy of Bible for Dog's "Einer Vunde" EP but need to rip it to files.

Richard Olley of ZlC emailed me recently since I wanted one of their CDR's, and they informed me a remastered Cherry Red CD issue is pending!

I'm sure I have your email, but send me a note and I'll respond with an address. I was going to hunt you down for that CD eventually. grausig13@yahoo.com

Hi, great blog Fritz.

If someone is looking for a copy of the Vita Noctis -"Much money..." tape, may be this might help. I came across this post while ago, but the rapidshare link seems to be good.

Hey Fritz, thanks for your efforts! I tried to download this to get the Vita Noctis LP that begins with "Death and Smoke", but instead I got the "Much Money Good Boy" one. Is there a mixup with the links, perhaps? Did I do something wrong? Searching HARD for the "Death and Smoke" LP... hope you can help. Thanks again! --Emmett
